You have likely spent years trying to organize your life using methods designed for someone else’s brain. When a color-coded calendar or a specific timer method fails, it’s easy to feel like the problem is you. But the issue isn’t your character – it’s that the system was never built to support your unique way of processing the world.
When a plan falls apart, it’s not a reflection of your worth; it’s simply data. It tells us something important about how your attention and energy function. Instead of filing these ‘failures’ away, we use them to understand your needs. We move away from rigid, one-size-fits-all strategies and toward flexible, neuroaffirming approaches that honor your wiring.
Therapy is most effective when it connects to your real life. Our sessions are designed to be active and experiential; rather than just describing your challenges, we practice new approaches together in the room.
Because we ‘test-drive’ these tools during our time together, you leave with a clear sense of how they feel and how to use them. We use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as our foundation, ensuring that every strategy we practice is directly aligned with the life you want to build and the values you want to uphold.

Masking is often a survival strategy, but it carries a high cost. We work to identify which environments require you to perform and which ones allow you to be yourself. Together, we practice finding ‘low-cost’ spaces where you can set the mask aside, helping you conserve your energy for what truly matters to you.
The most effective work happens when we look at the ‘messy’ parts of your week without judgment. When a strategy doesn’t go as planned, we treat it as an opportunity to learn. My role is to partner with you to refine these systems, ensuring they feel supportive rather than restrictive.

At some point, the constant self-monitoring begins to quiet. You start to keep the strategies that work and let go of the ones that don’t, without the day falling apart. Your energy shifts from reviewing how you’re handling life to simply living it. This isn’t about being ‘fixed’; it’s about building a life that feels authentic, sustainable, and uniquely yours.
